ADORN Policies 

Cancellation Policy:

We request that you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. This gives us the opportunity to fill that spot. You may cancel by phone or online here. However, if you do not cancel prior to the 24 hours, you will lose the payment for the service. 

No Show/Late Fee Policy:
Not showing up to a scheduled appointment or arriving over 15 minutes late to a scheduled appointment will result in cancellation of the appointment and you will lose the payment for the service.

Arriving late to appointments will result in loss of service time. Services will not be extended as it may interfere with another client's time. 

Lash Extension Policies:

In order to book any lash fill appointment lash clients must first receive a full set at ADORN. 

Lash Fills can be booked out up to four weeks out in order to properly maintain eyelash extensions. Lash Fills prices and times are determined by scheduled date of the appointment with 2 days' flexibility. Specific terms can be seen in the description of the lash fills; 

Lash stylist need enough time to apply extensions to at minimum 80% of your natural lashes. 

There are no refunds on completed full sets or lash fills. If dissatisfied please note that: ADORN will gladly make sure to immediately schedule a touch up to fix the look or remove the eyelash extensions. Some exceptions may apply. 

Permanent Makeup Policies:

There will be no refunds on completed work. If dissatisfied please note: ADORN will gladly make sure to immediately schedule a complimentary touch-up and corrective work. 

ADORN does not perform touch up services on clients with pre-existing permanent makeup from studios. 

Clients with other studios' work must book a full permanent makeup service.
